AI Tools Mastery was built on a simple premise: the internet is full of AI tool "reviews" that are really just thinly veiled advertisements. We set out to do something different — to actually use every tool we write about, report what we find honestly, and help readers make informed decisions without wading through marketing copy.
Every review on this site involves hands-on testing. We pay for subscriptions ourselves (or use free trials where available), run real projects through each platform, and write up our findings — including the drawbacks, limitations, and cases where a tool simply is not worth the money.
Our scoring methodology evaluates each tool across four dimensions: ease of use, features, value for money, and customer support. Scores are assigned based on our direct experience and updated when tools release significant updates or change their pricing.

Our affiliate relationships do not influence our reviews or scores. We do not accept payment for favorable coverage, and brands cannot purchase placement or improved ratings on this site. If a tool is not good, we say so — regardless of whether we have an affiliate relationship with the company.

Each tool is scored 1–10 across four dimensions: ease of use, features, value for money, and customer support. The overall score is a weighted average.
Regular Updates
Reviews are revisited when tools release major updates, change pricing, or when reader feedback suggests our assessment needs revision.
No Paid Placements
Brands cannot pay to improve their scores, appear higher in our rankings, or receive more favorable coverage. Our editorial independence is non-negotiable.
